Posted on Mar 24, 2024I purchased this base cabinet and noticed that the door doesn't quite align properly with the frame when it's opened to the right. Is there a way to adjust or fix this issue?

Answered on Mar 26, 2024The door alignment issue can be adjusted. Here are the steps to fix it:
1. First, check if the hinges are properly installed on the door and cabinet frame. Ensure the hinges are securely attached and not loose.
2. If the hinges are secure, you can adjust the door alignment by loosening the screws on the hinges slightly. This will allow you to shift the door left or right to align it properly with the frame.
3. Once the door is aligned, tighten the hinge screws back up to secure the door in place.
4. If the door still doesn't align properly after adjusting the hinges, you can try adjusting the door itself. There are adjustment screws on the hinges that allow you to move the door in or out, up or down.
5. Make small adjustments at a time, testing the door alignment after each adjustment, until you achieve the desired fit.
The key is to make gradual adjustments to the hinges and door to get the alignment just right. Take your time and test the door after each adjustment
