Answered on Mar 04, 2024To assemble the chaise lounge portion of the LÅNGARYD sofa, follow these steps:
1. Locate the wooden frame that makes up the base of the chaise lounge. This will attach directly to the main sofa section.
2. Identify the metal brackets on the underside of the chaise frame. These brackets are designed to hook onto the metal frame of the main sofa.
3. Carefully lift the chaise lounge and align the metal brackets with the corresponding connection points on the sofa frame. Gently lower the chaise lounge until the brackets securely lock into place.
4. Once the chaise is attached, ensure all connections are tight and secure. You may need to apply some pressure to fully click the brackets into the sofa frame.
5. If available, refer to the included hardware to further stabilize the connection between the chaise and sofa, such as screws or bolts.
