This comfortable sofa has pocket spring seat cushions with high resilience foam and a top layer of wadding. It provides a nice comfort and support for your body while maintaining the shape of the seat cushions.
The contact surfaces are covered with GRANN – a soft, smooth and strong grain leather with natural variations. Other surfaces have BOMSTAD, a coated fabric that has a similar look and feel to leather.
The sofa's sections can be combined in different ways to get a size and shape that suits you. If you need a larger sofa, you can add a section or two.

- Screwdriver (both flathead and Phillips head)
- Hammer
- Wrench or pliers
The assembly process involves connecting the different sections of the sofa together. The sections are designed to snap and lock into place without the need for any additional hardware.
Start by laying out all the components on the floor. Identify each piece and follow the step-by-step instructions provided in the assembly manual. Pay close attention to the diagrams and make sure to tighten all connections securely.

Answered on May 09, 2023For the BOMSTAD coated fabric on your FINNALA loveseat, you can use a mild soap and water solution to clean it. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the coating.
To reattach or replace the peeling fabric, you'll need to carefully remove the affected sections. You can try using a fabric glue or adhesive to reattach the peeling parts. If the damage is more extensive, you may need to replace the fabric entirely. For this, you'll need to purchase replacement BOMSTAD fabric from IKEA and carefully follow their instructions for recovering the loveseat
