1. First, check if the drawer is properly aligned within the cabinet frame. Ensure that the drawer slides are fully engaged and not obstructed.
2. If the drawer is aligned correctly, the issue may be with the drawer slides. Try lubricating the slides using a silicone-based lubricant or spray. Apply a small amount to the moving parts of the slides and wipe away any excess.
3. Check the drawer suspension system. The MAXIMERA drawers have a built-in damping mechanism that could be causing the sticking issue. Gently pull the drawer out and inspect the suspension arms for any debris or obstructions.
4. If the above steps don't resolve the problem, the drawer suspension may need to be adjusted. Refer to the IKEA assembly instructions to properly adjust the drawer alignment and ensure smooth operation.
