SÖDERHAMN seating series allows you to sit deeply, low and softly with the loose back cushions for extra support.
Light, airy design with high legs and slim lines, yet still a great comfort thanks to the elastic weave in the bottom and high resilience foam in the seat cushions.
The sofa's sections can be used freestanding or combined in different ways to get a size and shape that suits you and your home.
If you need a larger sofa, you can add a section or two to your existing combination.
You can create your own perfect combination with the planning tool. Assemble, take apart and put together again until it’s just right.
The high legs make it easy to clean the floor under the furniture.
This cover is made of Tonerud, a soft polyester fabric with a felt look and a two-toned melange effect.
The cover is easy to keep clean since it can be machine washed and is easy to take off and put on again.

Posted on Oct 03, 2022I've assembled my SÖDERHAMN sofa, but the backrest cushions are quite loose and slide off the back when I sit down. Is there a way to secure them better?

Answered on Oct 05, 2022To help secure the backrest cushions on your SÖDERHAMN sofa, you can try the following:
1. Ensure the backrest cushions are properly positioned on the sofa frame. Make sure they are centered and pushed all the way back against the backrest.
2. Check if there are any attachment points or velcro strips on the backrest frame that the cushions can be secured to. If so, attach the cushions to these points to prevent them from sliding.
3. You can also try placing a small piece of non-slip rug underlay or grip tape between the cushions and the backrest frame. This will help create more friction and keep the cushions in place.
4. As a last resort, you can use small binder clips or velcro strips to temporarily attach the cushions to the backrest frame. This will provide a more secure fit without damaging the sofa
