Posted on Nov 14, 2023I love the design of this sofa, but I'm having some trouble assembling it. Specifically, I'm having issues with the chaise section not fitting properly into the main body of the sofa. Can you provide any additional assembly instructions or tips on how to ensure a snug fit?

Answered on Nov 16, 2023To ensure a snug fit between the chaise section and the main body of the HÄRLANDA sofa, please try the following:
1. Double-check that all the hardware (screws, bolts, etc.) are properly aligned and tightened according to the assembly instructions.
2. Make sure the connecting pieces on both the chaise and main sofa sections are free of any obstructions or damage that could prevent a tight fit.
3. Gently tap or lightly hammer the chaise section into place, being careful not to apply too much force, which could damage the frame.
4. If the fit is still not snug, try adjusting the leveling feet on the chaise section to ensure it is properly aligned with the main sofa.
5. As a last resort, you can try lightly sanding any uneven surfaces on the connecting pieces to improve the fit.
