Answered on Jul 14, 2023To assemble the VISKAFORS sofa, please follow these steps:
1. Locate the legs and the sofa frame. The legs should be packaged separately.
2. Attach the legs to the frame by aligning the leg connectors with the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the frame.
3. Secure the legs by tightening the screws or bolts provided in the hardware kit. Ensure all connections are tight and secure.

Posted on Jun 14, 2023I've purchased the VISKAFORS Sofa in anthracite/brown color, and I'm having trouble removing the fabric from the seat cushions. Can you provide instructions on how to do it?

Answered on Jun 16, 2023To remove the fabric from the seat cushions on the VISKAFORS sofa, follow these steps:
1. Carefully flip over the sofa so the bottom is facing up. This will give you access to the underside of the seat cushions.
2. Locate the zippers on the underside of the seat cushions. There should be one zipper per cushion.
3. Unzip the zippers to detach the fabric cover from the cushion.
4. Gently pull the fabric cover off the cushion, being careful not to damage it.
5. Once the cover is removed, you can wash it according to the care instructions provided.
6. When ready to reattach, simply place the fabric cover back over the cushion and zip up the zipper to secure it in place.
7. Carefully flip the sofa back over to its normal upright position.
