Posted on Dec 13, 2023Can I get a replacement for the cone-shaped legs? One of them is damaged. Is it possible to order just the leg and not the entire sofa?

Answered on Dec 15, 2023The SMEDSTORP Loveseat has cone-shaped legs that are an integrated part of the sofa frame. Unfortunately, you cannot order replacement legs separately. The legs are not designed to be replaced individually. If one of the legs is damaged, your best option would be to contact IKEA customer service to inquire about getting a replacement sofa unit. They may be able to provide a solution, such as sending a technician to assess the damage and potentially replace the entire sofa if necessary. Replacing just the damaged leg is not possible for this model

Can you please provide more information about the dimensions of the loveseat when it's fully assembled? Specifically, what is the overall width and length when considering the armrests and backrest?

Answered on Apr 05, 2023The overall width of the SMEDSTORP Loveseat is 65" (165 cm) and the depth is 37" (94 cm), including the armrests. The backrest height is 27 1/2" (70 cm). So the total footprint of the loveseat when fully assembled is 65" wide and 37" deep. The seat height is 17 3/4" (45 cm), which should provide ample clearance in a smaller room. I'd recommend measuring your available space to ensure it will fit comfortably. Let me know if you need any other details about the dimensions

Posted on Feb 18, 2023I have recently purchased the Smedstorp Loveseat in Lejde/red/brown oak and I am having trouble assembling it. The instructions are not clear and I am missing a few pieces. Can you please provide more detailed assembly instructions or send me replacement parts?
