Posted on Jul 04, 2022I'm having trouble removing the cover from my KIVIK chaise longue. The instructions suggest that it should be easy to take off and put on again, but I find it quite difficult. Are there any specific techniques or tools that can help me remove the cover smoothly?

Answered on Jul 06, 2022The cover on the KIVIK chaise longue is designed to be easily removable, but it can sometimes be tricky. Here are a few tips that may help:
1. Check the zipper - Make sure the zipper is fully unzipped before attempting to remove the cover. The zipper should run the full length of the chaise.
2. Start at the bottom - Begin by gently pulling the cover away from the bottom of the chaise. Work your way up, carefully removing the cover a section at a time.
3. Use your hands - Avoid using sharp tools that could damage the fabric. Use your hands to gently tug and pull the cover off, taking care not to stretch or tear it.
4. Check for snags - Look for any areas where the cover may be snagged on the frame or cushions. Carefully work to release any caught fabric before continuing to remove the cover.
With a little patience and the right technique, you should be able to remove the cover easily. Let me know if you have any other questions
