Posted on Jul 16, 2023I have the KIVIK corner section and I love it! However, the fabric has started to wear off in some areas. Is it possible to replace or repair the cover?

Answered on Jul 18, 2023The KIVIK corner section has a removable and machine washable cover, so it is possible to replace the cover if it becomes worn. You can purchase a new cover in the desired color or pattern from IKEA to replace the existing one. To remove the old cover, simply unzip it and take it off the frame. Then, put the new cover on and zip it up. This is an easy way to refresh the look of your KIVIK sofa without having to replace the entire piece of furniture. IKEA also offers a 10-year guarantee on the KIVIK series, so you may want to check if your cover is eligible for a replacement under the warranty terms
