Posted on Jul 30, 2023I recently purchased the Kivik Ottoman with storage in Tallmyra light green, but I'm having trouble removing the cover. Can you provide instructions on how to do it?

Answered on Aug 01, 2023To remove the cover on the KIVIK Ottoman with storage in Tallmyra light green:
1. Locate the zipper on the underside of the ottoman. It should run along the entire perimeter of the base.
2. Carefully unzip the zipper all the way around to detach the cover from the base.
3. Gently pull the cover upwards and off the ottoman frame. Be careful not to pull too hard to avoid damaging the cover.
4. Once the cover is removed, you can machine wash it on a gentle cycle using cold water. Avoid using bleach or fabric softener.
5. To put the cover back on, simply reverse the process. Align the cover over the frame and zip it back up around the perimeter.
