Posted on Nov 08, 2022I recently purchased the Morabo 5-seat sofa with chaises in Grann/Bomstad golden brown/metal and I am very happy with it. However, after only 6 months of use, I noticed that some of the stitching on the seat cushions has come undone. Is there a way to repair this or would I need to contact Ikea's customer service to get assistance?

Posted on Sep 29, 2022How do I clean the GRANN grain leather surfaces? Is it recommended to use specific cleaning products or methods?

Answered on Oct 01, 2022To clean the GRANN grain leather surfaces on the MORABO sofa, it's recommended to use a mild soap and water solution. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the leather. Gently wipe the leather with a damp cloth using the soap and water mixture, then dry it with a clean, soft cloth. For tougher stains, you can try using a small amount of leather cleaner, but be sure to test it in an inconspicuous area first. Regular vacuuming or brushing can also help maintain the appearance of the leather. Avoid exposing the leather to direct sunlight or heat, as this can cause it to dry out and crack over time
