1. Make sure the cover is the right size for your sofa. Measure the dimensions of your sofa and compare to the cover specifications to ensure a proper fit.
2. Start by placing the cover over the sofa, aligning the corners and edges. Tuck the cover firmly into the crevices and along the sides.
3. Locate the elastic straps or fasteners on the underside of the cover. Attach these securely to the frame or legs of the sofa to hold the cover in place.
4. For added stability, you can also use safety pins or upholstery clips along the sides and back of the cover to keep it taut and prevent shifting.
