Posted on Jan 05, 2024Can the Söderhamn Ottoman be used as a storage ottoman, and if so, how do I open it up to store items?

Answered on Jan 07, 2024The Söderhamn Ottoman is not designed to be used as a storage ottoman. It does not have any internal storage compartment or mechanism to open it up. The ottoman is meant solely for resting your feet or as an extra seat, without any hidden storage capabilities. There is no way to access the interior of the Söderhamn Ottoman to store items inside

Posted on May 08, 2023I recently purchased the Söderhamn Ottoman, but I'm having trouble removing the cover to wash it. The instructions say it's easy to take off and put on again, but I'm struggling to find a zipper or any other way to remove it. Can you please provide more detailed instructions on how to do this?

Answered on May 10, 2023To remove the cover on the SÖDERHAMN Ottoman, you'll need to locate the hidden zipper along the bottom edge of the ottoman. Gently run your fingers along the bottom seam until you feel the zipper pull tab. Once you've found it, slowly unzip the cover all the way around the bottom. This will allow you to lift the cover off the ottoman frame. When you're ready to put the cover back on, simply place it over the frame and zip it back up around the bottom edge. Make sure the cover is centered and smooth before fully zipping it closed. The cover is designed to be easy to remove and replace, but the zipper can be a bit tricky to find at first. Take your time and you should be able to remove and wash the cover with no problem
