FINNALA Sofa with chaise, with headrest/Gunnared medium gray

This comfortable sofa has pocket spring seat cushions with high resilience foam and a top layer of wadding. It provides a nice comfort and support for your body while maintaining the shape of the seat cushions.
The sofa's sections can be combined in different ways to get a size and shape that suits you. If you need a larger sofa, you can add a section or two.
You can place the chaise section to the left or right of the sofa, and switch whenever you like.
Storage space under the chaise. The lid stays open so you can safely and easily take things in and out.
The headrest extends the backrest of the sofa so that you sit more comfortably with a nice support for your neck.
This cover is made of dope-dyed Gunnared fabric in polyester. It is a durable fabric with a wool-like feel, a warm look and a two-toned mélange effect.
The cover is easy to keep clean since it is removable and machine washable.

Posted on Mar 11, 2024I have a FINNALA sofa with the chaise and headrest in Gunnared medium gray. I want to wash the cover, but it's not machine washable? Can I dry clean it instead or is there another way to keep it clean?

Answered on Mar 13, 2024The FINNALA sofa cover is removable and machine washable, as stated in the product description. You can remove the cover and wash it in the washing machine using a mild detergent on a gentle cycle. Avoid dry cleaning, as this is not recommended for this type of fabric. To keep the cover clean, you can also spot clean it with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed between full washes. The cover's removable and machine washable feature makes it easy to maintain the cleanliness of your FINNALA sofa

Answered on Jun 05, 2023The chaise lounge section is not designed to be converted into a separate chair. It is meant to be used as an integrated part of the FINNALA sofa. The chaise section is attached to the main sofa and cannot be detached or used independently. It is designed to provide additional seating and lounging space as part of the overall sofa configuration

Posted on Sep 13, 2022I've been having trouble with the removable cover being a bit too tight on the sofa. Is it possible to adjust or replace the elastic banding that keeps the cover in place?

Answered on Sep 15, 2022The removable cover on the FINNALA sofa is designed to fit snugly, but if it feels too tight, there are a few things you can try to adjust the fit:
1. Check the elastic banding around the edges of the cover. You may be able to carefully stretch or adjust the elastic to loosen the fit slightly. Avoid over-stretching it, as this could cause the cover to become too loose.
2. If the elastic is in good condition but the cover still feels too tight, you can try washing the cover on a gentle cycle to see if it relaxes the fabric a bit. Be sure to follow the care instructions.
3. As a last resort, you could consider replacing the cover with a new one in the same size. This would give you a fresh, properly fitted cover for your FINNALA sofa.
