Posted on Sep 29, 2023I've noticed that the fabric of my Oxnö/Vårhölmén umbrella starts to fray and tear after only a few months of use. Is there any way to reinforce or repair this issue?

Posted on Mar 02, 2023I bought this umbrella and the color has started to fade already after a few months of use. Is it normal for the fabric to lose its color over time, or is there something I can do to maintain its color?

2. Avoid exposing the umbrella to direct sunlight for extended periods, as UV rays can cause fading over time. Try to keep it in a shaded area when not in use.
3. Consider using a fabric protector spray designed for outdoor fabrics. This can help repel UV rays and prevent further fading.
4. As a last resort, you may be able to purchase a replacement canopy from IKEA to refresh the look of your umbrella.
