Posted on May 22, 2023I'm having trouble with the leg of my ESSEBODA ottoman, it seems to be loose and I'm worried it might fall over. How do I tighten the legs securely?
Kenzo @ EasyRebuild
Answered on May 24, 2023To tighten the loose leg on your ESSEBODA ottoman, follow these steps:
1. Carefully turn the ottoman upside down to access the leg assembly.
2. Locate the screws or bolts securing the leg to the ottoman frame. These are likely Allen or hex head screws.
3. Using the appropriate Allen wrench or hex key, tighten the screws or bolts firmly to secure the leg in place. Be careful not to overtighten.
4. Once all legs are tightened, carefully return the ottoman to its upright position.
5. Check that all legs are now stable and the ottoman is level on the floor.
If the leg is still loose after tightening, you may need to replace the leg hardware. Contact IKEA customer service for further assistance
