- Brackets or mounting hardware to securely attach the drawer slides to the cabinet frame
With the right hardware and some DIY skills, it is possible to convert the shelves to a drawer. However, this would require measuring carefully, making precise cuts, and properly installing the drawer slides. If you're not comfortable with those types of modifications, I'd recommend considering an IKEA cabinet model that is designed for drawer storage from the start

Answered on Sep 06, 2022To adjust the shelves in the SEKTION high cabinet with shelves/2 doors:
1. Remove the items from the shelf you want to adjust.
2. Locate the shelf pins that are holding the shelf in place. These are small plastic or metal pins that fit into holes on the cabinet sides.
3. Gently pull the shelf straight out to remove it from the pins.
4. Decide on the new shelf height and align the shelf pins with the corresponding holes on the cabinet sides.
5. Carefully push the shelf back into place, ensuring it is level and secure.
6. Repeat for any other shelves you want to adjust.
The shelf heights can be customized as needed. IKEA also has instructional videos on their website that demonstrate how to adjust shelves in their SEKTION cabinets
