Answered on Aug 26, 2022The FINNALA sofa does not have any clips or mechanisms to attach the mattress to the sofa frame. The mattress is designed to simply sit on the sofa bed frame when folded out. To keep the mattress in place, there are a few tips:
1. Make sure the mattress fits the sofa bed frame properly. The dimensions provided indicate the mattress should be a snug fit.
2. You can use mattress grippers or non-slip pads underneath the mattress to help prevent it from sliding around.
3. When folding the sofa back into the upright position, be careful to properly align the mattress before closing it up to avoid any shifting.
Without dedicated attachment points, the mattress relies on a proper fit and some grip underneath to stay securely in place when the sofa is used as a bed. Careful setup and folding is key to keeping the mattress stable
