Tallmyra is a hardwearing chenille cover made of cotton and polyester and has a soft surface and a slightly reflective luster.
This chenille cover has a slightly reflective lustre and is both soft and durable. It can also be removed and machine washed, so you can enjoy a cup of coffee without worrying about spilling.

Posted on Mar 11, 2024I have the Finnala cover for my Tallmyra sofa, but I'm having trouble removing it. The backrest part won't come off no matter how hard I pull or push. Are there any special instructions for removing the cover from the backrest?

Answered on Mar 13, 2024To remove the backrest cover on the FINNALA sectional sofa, you'll need to first remove the seat cushions. Once the seat cushions are removed, you should see velcro attachments or snap buttons securing the backrest cover to the frame. Gently detach these fasteners, working your way around the backrest. Be careful not to pull too hard, as the fabric can tear. Once the velcro or snaps are undone, the backrest cover should come off easily. Make sure to reattach it securely when putting the cover back on. Take your time and avoid using excessive force to prevent any damage to the fabric or frame

Posted on Feb 20, 2024I would like to confirm the measurements of this cover. Specifically, can you please confirm that the seat width on the left side is indeed 75 5/8 inches? I've measured my sectional and it seems to be a bit smaller than that. Am I reading the measurement incorrectly or could there be some variation in the manufacturing process?

Answered on Feb 22, 2024The seat width on the left side of the FINNALA cover is 75 5/8 inches (192 cm) as stated in the product description. However, it's possible there could be some minor variation in the manufacturing process, so the actual measurement of your sectional may be slightly different. I would recommend measuring your sectional again carefully to verify the dimensions. If the measurement is significantly different from the specifications, you may want to contact IKEA customer service for further assistance

Answered on Sep 27, 2023The FINNALA cover is specifically designed for the FINNALA sectional sofa and may not fit properly on a sectional with a different frame size. The cover dimensions are tailored to the FINNALA sofa's measurements, so using it on a sectional with a different frame could result in an improper fit. For best results, it's recommended to use the FINNALA cover only on the FINNALA sectional sofa
