The contact surfaces are covered with GRANN – a soft, smooth and strong grain leather with natural variations. Other surfaces have BOMSTAD, a coated fabric that has a similar look and feel to leather.
The sofa is quickly and easily transformed into a spacious, comfy bed by removing the seat and back cushions and pulling out the underframe. An ideal sleeping place for you or your overnight guests.
The sleeper sofa has a 4¾" thick bed mattress in high resilience foam that provides comfortable support to your body and a smooth sleeping surface without disturbing joints.
The bed slats work together with the mattress to give a more personalized comfort and nice sleep support.
The mattress is easy to keep clean since you can remove the mattress cover and machine wash it.
This soft sofa will have a long life since the seat cushions are filled with high resilience foam that gives good support for your body and quickly regains its original shape when you get up.
The cover is easy to keep clean as it can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.

Posted on Feb 03, 2024I would like to know what is the best way to clean the sleeper sofa, as it says that the cover can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Is this referring to the entire surface of the sofa or just specific parts? Also, are there any specific cleaning products recommended for use on the GRANN leather and BOMSTAD fabric surfaces?

The entire surface of the sofa, including both the GRANN leather and BOMSTAD fabric areas, can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. This is the recommended method for general cleaning and maintenance.
For the GRANN leather surfaces, you can also use a mild leather cleaner or conditioner to help keep the leather looking its best. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on the leather.
For the BOMSTAD fabric areas, you can use a mild, water-based upholstery cleaner. Avoid using solvent-based cleaners or bleach, as these can damage the fabric.
It's important to test any cleaning products in an inconspicuous area first to ensure they don't cause any discoloration or damage to the materials

Can you confirm that the bed slats are adjustable? It would be great if they could be adjusted to accommodate different heights of guests. Also, how do the bed slats affect the overall comfort and support of the mattress?
Additionally, I'm curious about the durability of the sleeper sofa. How many times can it be converted from a sofa to a bed without showing signs of wear and tear? Are there any special care instructions for maintaining its quality over time?

Posted on Jan 15, 2023I recently purchased the FINNALA Loveseat sleeper section, Grann/Bomstad black. I've been having trouble converting it back to a sofa after using it as a bed. The mattress seems stuck and won't come out easily. Are there any specific instructions or tips you can provide on how to convert it smoothly without damaging the mattress or other parts of the sofa?

Answered on Jan 17, 2023To convert the FINNALA Loveseat sleeper section back to a sofa without damaging the mattress or other parts, please follow these steps:
1. Remove the back cushions by lifting them up and out.
2. Locate the release mechanism, usually a lever or handle, underneath the seat. Carefully pull or push this to release the underframe.
3. Gently pull the underframe out until it is fully extended. This will allow the mattress to slide out easily.
4. Once the mattress is out, fold the underframe back in and secure it in place.
5. Replace the back cushions to complete the conversion back to a sofa.
Be sure to apply gentle, even pressure when extending and retracting the underframe to avoid damaging any components. If you encounter any resistance, double-check that the release mechanism is fully engaged. With a little care, you should be able to smoothly convert the FINNALA Loveseat sleeper section between sofa and bed modes
