Posted on Feb 13, 2024I have received my curtains, but unfortunately, they are not light red-brown as described in the product description. The actual color is more of a dark brown or burgundy shade. Can I return or exchange them for the correct color?

Answered on Mar 13, 2023To return or exchange the LÖNNSTÄVMAL black-out curtains, you can visit your local IKEA store with your receipt. IKEA's return policy allows you to return most unused items within 365 days for a full refund or exchange. As long as the curtains are in new, unused condition, you should be able to either exchange them for the correct size or receive a full refund. When returning the items, be sure to bring your receipt to expedite the process. IKEA customer service will be happy to assist you in finding the right size curtains or providing a refund
