Posted on Apr 01, 2024I'm having trouble assembling the cart, specifically with attaching the wheels to the frame. The instructions are unclear and I'm missing a few pieces. Can you provide me with additional guidance or replacement parts?
Kenzo @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Apr 03, 2024To assemble the DAJLIEN utility cart, you'll need to ensure you have all the necessary parts and hardware. If you're missing any pieces, you can contact IKEA customer service to request replacement parts.
For attaching the wheels, the instructions should guide you through the process step-by-step. Make sure the wheel axles are properly inserted into the designated slots on the cart's frame. If you're still having trouble, try double-checking the alignment and ensuring all connections are secure.
If the instructions are unclear, you can also refer to online assembly guides or tutorial videos that may provide additional visual guidance. IKEA customer service can also offer more detailed assistance if you're unable to complete the assembly

Posted on Jan 14, 2024I would like to attach some small metal clips to the handle of my Dajlien Utility Cart. Is there a specific type of attachment or adhesive that is recommended for this purpose?
Alice @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Jan 16, 2024To attach small metal clips to the handle of the DAJLIEN Utility Cart, I would recommend using a strong adhesive designed for metal-to-metal bonding. A good option would be a two-part epoxy adhesive. This type of adhesive creates a very durable and long-lasting bond between the metal clips and the metal handle of the cart. Make sure to thoroughly clean and degrease the surfaces before applying the epoxy to ensure a strong, secure attachment. Apply the epoxy according to the manufacturer's instructions and allow it to fully cure before using the cart. This should provide a reliable way to attach the metal clips without damaging the handle

Posted on Nov 06, 2023I've got my Dajlien utility cart, but I'm having trouble with the wheels. The smaller plastic ones at the back are stuck and won't spin freely. Any tips on how to lubricate or fix them?

Answered on Nov 08, 2023To fix the stuck plastic wheels on the back of your DAJLIEN utility cart, try the following:
1. Locate the axles of the stuck wheels. These are the metal rods that the wheels spin on.
2. Use a small amount of lubricant, such as WD-40 or a silicone-based lubricant, and apply it directly to the axles. This will help reduce friction and allow the wheels to spin more freely.
3. Gently rotate the wheels back and forth a few times to work the lubricant into the axles.
4. If the wheels are still sticking, you can try removing them completely. Gently pull the wheels off the axles, clean the axles and wheels, and then re-assemble, applying a bit more lubricant.
5. Make sure the wheels are properly aligned and can spin without any obstructions.
With a little lubrication and gentle cleaning, you should be able to get those back wheels spinning smoothly again. Let me know if you have any other questions
