Posted on Sep 17, 2023I'm having trouble adjusting the height of my Lagkapten/Olov desk, can you provide instructions on how to loosen the legs so I can adjust it to a comfortable working height?

Answered on Sep 19, 2023To adjust the height of your LAGKAPTEN / OLOV desk, follow these steps:
1. Locate the knob or screw at the top of each leg. This is what controls the height adjustment.
2. Loosen the knob or screw by turning it counterclockwise. This will allow you to slide the leg up or down to your desired height.
3. Once the leg is at the correct height, tighten the knob or screw by turning it clockwise to secure the leg in place.
4. Repeat this process for each leg until the desk is level and at your preferred working height.
Be sure to adjust all four legs evenly to maintain stability. If you have any trouble or the legs don't seem to be adjusting smoothly, double-check that the knobs/screws are loosened enough to allow the legs to slide up and down freely

Posted on Dec 14, 2022I would like to adjust the legs of my Lagkapten/Olov desk, but I'm having trouble figuring out how to remove the table top from the underframe. Are there any specific instructions or tricks to help me do this?

Answered on Dec 16, 2022To remove the tabletop from the underframe on your LAGKAPTEN / OLOV desk, follow these steps:
1. Locate the pre-drilled holes on the underside of the tabletop. These are where the underframe attaches.
2. Using a screwdriver, unscrew the screws that are securing the tabletop to the underframe. There should be several screws around the perimeter.
3. Once all the screws are removed, the tabletop should lift off the underframe easily. Be careful as the tabletop may be heavy.
4. With the tabletop removed, you can now adjust the height of the OLOV legs as needed.
5. When ready to reassemble, simply align the tabletop back onto the underframe and reattach using the screws.
