I would like to know if the veneer surface can be repaired or replaced in case it gets damaged. Can I get a new top if the one I have becomes worn out?

The veneer surface of the IDÅSEN desk can be repaired or replaced if it becomes damaged or worn out. IKEA offers replacement table tops that can be purchased separately from the desk frame. You would need to measure the dimensions of your existing tabletop and contact IKEA customer service to order a compatible replacement. With proper care, the durable veneer surface should last many years, but if it does become damaged, a replacement top can be installed to extend the life of your IDÅSEN desk
