I am having issues with the self-storing butterfly extension leaf on my SKANSNÄS Extendable table. The leaf does not easily extend from 4 to 6 as described in the product description. It seems to be stuck and I am unable to move it. What can I do to resolve this issue?

I'm having trouble with the self-storing butterfly extension leaf - it's not extending properly and keeps getting stuck.
Is there a specific way to release it or should I try lubricating the mechanism?
