Posted on Oct 28, 2022Can I get a replacement leg for my Målskytt/Alex desk? The original one broke and I'd like to know if it's possible to order a new one or if there are any DIY solutions to fix the broken leg.

Answered on Oct 30, 2022To get a replacement leg for your MÅLSKYTT / ALEX desk, you can contact IKEA customer service. They should be able to order a replacement leg for you, as the desk is a standard IKEA product.
Alternatively, if the break is not too severe, you may be able to fix it yourself. Try using wood glue and clamps to reattach the broken leg. You could also reinforce the leg with a metal bracket or plate secured to the underside of the desk. This would provide additional support and stability
