I have a BESTÅ TV bench with doors, but the soft-closing hinges are no longer working properly. The doors don't close all the way and make a loud noise when they do shut. Can I replace or repair these hinges?

I am having issues with the doors of my Bestå TV bench not closing properly. They seem to be getting stuck and I need to push them quite hard to get them to shut. Is there a trick or a specific way to adjust them to make them close smoothly again?

How do I attach the cable outlet at the back of the TV bench to the wall?
Is it a screw or an adhesive method?
