Posted on Jan 18, 2024I am having trouble assembling the desk, specifically attaching the shelf behind the door. The instructions are unclear and I'm not sure how to secure it properly. Can you provide a step-by-step guide or additional guidance on how to attach the shelf?

Answered on Jan 20, 2024To attach the shelf behind the door on the LAGKAPTEN / ALEX desk:
1. Locate the shelf component and the pre-drilled holes on the inside of the desk frame.
2. Align the shelf so that the holes on the shelf match up with the holes on the desk frame.
3. Insert the screws provided in the hardware kit through the shelf holes and into the desk frame.
4. Tighten the screws securely using a screwdriver or power drill to ensure the shelf is firmly attached.
5. Make sure the shelf is level and positioned where you want it before fully tightening the screws.
6. Once the shelf is in place, you can mount the door to open from the left or right as needed.
