Posted on Mar 07, 2024I have an old LACK coffee table that I want to replace with a new one, but the legs of my current table are slightly damaged. Can I use the same legs from my old table on the new LACK coffee table?
Kenzo @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Mar 09, 2024Unfortunately, you cannot use the legs from your old LACK coffee table on the new one. The legs are specifically designed to fit the LACK table frame and are not interchangeable with other IKEA products. The new LACK coffee table will come with a complete set of legs that are meant to be used together with the new table top and frame. Using the old legs would not provide a secure or stable connection, and could compromise the structural integrity of the new table. For best results, it's recommended to use the complete set of components that come with the new LACK coffee table

Posted on May 18, 2023I recently purchased this coffee table and I'm having trouble with the shelf being uneven. The magazines or other items on it tend to fall off due to the slight tilt.
Is there a way to adjust or level out the shelf?
Alice @ EasyRebuild
Answered on May 20, 2023The shelf can be adjusted to level it out. First, locate the screws underneath the tabletop that attach the shelf supports. Slightly loosen these screws, but do not remove them completely. Then, gently push or pull on the shelf to level it. Once it is level, retighten the screws to secure the shelf in place. This should resolve the issue with items sliding off the shelf
