How do you attach the tabletop to the underframe? Do I need any additional hardware or tools for this process?

I'm trying to assemble this desk but I'm having trouble attaching the legs to the tabletop. The pre-drilled holes don't seem to be lining up with the legs' screw holes. Can you provide any tips or guidance on how to properly attach the legs?
