Posted on Jan 07, 2023I recently purchased this table set and I love the unique grain pattern on the wood, but I'm having some issues with one of the chairs. The chair's legs keep scratching against the floor and leaving marks. Is there a way to adjust or replace these legs to prevent this from happening?

Answered on Jan 09, 2023The chair legs can likely be adjusted to prevent scratching on the floor. Here are the steps to troubleshoot this issue:
1. Check if the chair legs are loose. Tighten any loose screws or bolts connecting the legs to the chair frame using the appropriate tools.
2. If the legs are secure but still scratching, you can try adding felt pads or glides to the bottom of the legs. These will create a smooth surface and prevent scratching.
3. As a last resort, you may need to replace the chair legs entirely. Replacement legs can be purchased from IKEA to match the existing chair frame.
Be sure to follow the assembly instructions carefully when making any adjustments or replacing the legs. This should resolve the scratching issue and protect your flooring. Let me know if you have any other questions
