Answered on Apr 17, 2024The LISABO chairs are still available for purchase separately from the LISABO table. You can find them on the IKEA website by searching for "LISABO chair". The chairs come in the same black/Tallmyra black/gray color as the set you have. They are sold individually, so you can purchase as many additional chairs as you need to complete your dining set. The chairs have the same padded seat and removable, machine-washable cover as the ones that came with the original table set

Is it okay to use a wood polish or is there a specific cleaning product recommended by Ikea for this type of finish?

Answered on May 18, 2023To clean the ash veneer surface of the LISABO table, it's best to use a mild wood cleaner or furniture polish specifically formulated for wood surfaces. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they can damage the delicate veneer finish.
IKEA recommends using a damp cloth to wipe down the table surface, followed by a dry cloth to remove any excess moisture. You can also use a small amount of a wood polish or conditioner designed for ash or other light-colored wood finishes. Apply the polish sparingly and buff it out with a clean, dry cloth.
Refrain from using water excessively, as it can cause the wood to swell or discolor over time. With proper care, the ash veneer on your LISABO table will maintain its beautiful natural appearance for years to come
