I have a Bekant Corner desk and the cable management net is not working as expected. Some cables are getting stuck or falling out of the net. How can I fix this issue? Is there a way to adjust or replace the net?

The cable management net under the Bekant Corner desk is designed to help keep cords organized, but it can sometimes become problematic if the cables get stuck or fall out. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:

First, ensure that the cables are routed properly through the net. Make sure they are not twisted or bunched up, as this can cause them to get caught. Gently rearrange the cables to create a smooth, unobstructed path through the net.

If the net itself seems loose or damaged, you may be able to adjust it. Locate the screws or clips that attach the net to the underside of the desk, and try tightening or repositioning them to secure the net more firmly in place.

As a last resort, you can try replacing the cable management net entirely. Replacement parts for IKEA products are often available through the company's customer service or spare parts department. Provide them with the product name and item number, and they may be able to send you a new net

To troubleshoot the stuck electronic height adjustment mechanism on your BEKANT Corner Desk:

First, check that the desk is properly plugged into a power outlet. Ensure the power cable is securely connected to the desk.

Next, try resetting the height adjustment mechanism. Unplug the desk from power, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in. This can sometimes reset the system and resolve stuck issues.

If the problem persists, inspect the adjustment controls and buttons. Make sure there is no debris or obstruction preventing the buttons from functioning properly. Gently clean the control panel if needed.

If the electronic adjustment still does not work, there may be an issue with the motor or other internal components. In this case, you would need to contact IKEA customer service for further troubleshooting or a warranty repair.

Avoid attempting to disassemble or repair the height adjustment mechanism yourself, as this could void the warranty. Let the IKEA experts diagnose and resolve the problem for you
