The neutral beige color is kind to your eyes when you work on your laptop since it makes the contrasts softer between the screen and tabletop.
The footrest provides well-needed support for your legs during long meetings or phone calls.
The castors make the tables easy to move around – and since the castors are lockable, the tables stand steady wherever you choose to put them.
You can hang essentials like your bag or headphones within easy reach on the two hooks on the side of the table.
Use one table or position several together to create a work area for a creative meeting. When the meeting is over, you can easily move the tables apart again.
Create temporary workspaces by placing several TROTTEN meeting tables together and complete with LIDKULLEN sit/stand support.
Use together with the double-sided ELLOVEN whiteboard to create an area for a quick meeting or a brainstorming session with your colleagues.
TROTTEN meeting tables are perfect for spontaneous meetings, creative brainstorming or temporary workspaces. They’re easy to move, yet still sturdy. Use them on their own – or position several together!

Posted on Aug 08, 2023I'm having trouble assembling the TROTTEN table, and I can't figure out how to attach the footrest. Can you provide me with instructions or a video tutorial on how to assemble it correctly?

Answered on Aug 10, 2023To attach the footrest on the TROTTEN table, follow these steps:
1. Locate the footrest bracket that came with the table. It should have pre-drilled holes that align with the holes on the table frame.
2. Position the footrest bracket on the underside of the table, lining up the holes.
3. Use the screws provided to securely fasten the footrest bracket to the table frame. Make sure the screws are tightened fully.
4. Once the bracket is attached, you can then clip the footrest onto the bracket. It should snap into place easily.
5. Double-check that the footrest is firmly attached and provides stable support for your legs.
If you're still having trouble, I'd recommend checking the full assembly instructions that came with the TROTTEN table. Let me know if you need any clarification on the steps

Posted on Jun 03, 2023I have a TROTTEN meeting table, but I'm having trouble with the castors. They don't seem to be locking properly and the table keeps moving even when I think it's locked. Is there a trick to getting them to lock securely or is there something wrong with my table?

Answered on Jun 05, 2023The issue with the castors not locking properly on your TROTTEN meeting table is likely due to a few potential reasons:
1. The castors may need to be adjusted or tightened. Check that the castor mounting screws are tight and secure. You may need to tighten them with a screwdriver.
2. There could be debris or buildup preventing the castor locks from engaging fully. Try cleaning the castor wheels and locking mechanisms with a damp cloth to remove any dirt or obstructions.
3. If the castor locks are still not functioning correctly after cleaning and tightening, the castors themselves may be damaged or worn out. In this case, you may need to replace the castors to resolve the issue.
I'd recommend trying the steps above to troubleshoot the locking mechanism on your TROTTEN table. If the problem persists, you may want to contact IKEA customer service for further assistance

Answered on Dec 14, 2022The screws for the footrest on the TROTTEN meeting table can sometimes be a bit tricky to get right. Here are a few suggestions that may help:
First, double-check that you are using the correct screws provided in the hardware pack. The screws should be the right length to securely attach the footrest. If the screws seem too short, you may need to use slightly longer replacement screws.
If the holes in the table frame don't seem to line up properly with the footrest, you can try gently enlarging the holes a bit using a drill bit. Be careful not to make the holes too large, but this can help the screws fit better.
Lastly, make sure the footrest is properly aligned before tightening the screws. This will ensure a tight, secure fit. Go slowly and don't over-tighten the screws.
If you're still having trouble, I'd recommend reaching out to IKEA customer service. They should be able to provide further guidance or send replacement hardware if needed
