Posted on Apr 02, 2024I'm having trouble getting the chair legs to stay in place while assembling the LISABO table and chairs set. Can you provide a video or instructions on how to secure them properly?

Answered on Apr 04, 2024To secure the chair legs properly, make sure to follow these steps:
1. Align the chair leg with the pre-drilled holes on the chair frame. Ensure the leg is positioned correctly.
2. Insert the screws provided in the hardware kit into the pre-drilled holes and tighten them firmly using a screwdriver or Allen key. Do not overtighten.
3. Repeat this process for each chair leg, double-checking that they are all securely attached before moving on to the next step.
4. Once all chair legs are in place, you can proceed with assembling the LISABO table according to the instructions.

Answered on Jun 16, 2023The chair cushions on the LISABO table and chair set are removable and replaceable. You can purchase replacement cushions directly from IKEA. To get new cushions:
1. Visit your local IKEA store or check the IKEA website to see if replacement cushions are available for the LISABO chairs.
2. The cushions are likely sold separately as spare parts. You'll need to identify the specific model number of your LISABO chairs to ensure you get the correct replacement cushions.
3. Once you have the right part number, you can order the replacement cushions either in-store or through the IKEA website for delivery.
4. Follow the instructions provided with the new cushions to properly remove the old ones and install the replacements.

However, I noticed that the table surface is made of ash veneer, which can be prone to scratches and marks. Do you have any recommendations on how to protect the surface or clean it effectively without damaging the finish?
