Posted on Jan 28, 2024I have a question about assembling the table. After attaching the legs to the tabletop, I found that it's not level. The table is slightly uneven and wobbles when I place something heavy on it. What can I do to fix this?

Answered on Jan 30, 2024To fix the uneven and wobbly table, you can try the following steps:
1. Check if the table legs are securely tightened and properly attached to the tabletop. Ensure all screws or bolts are tightened firmly.
2. If the legs are properly attached, the unevenness may be due to an uneven floor surface. Try placing small shims or folded pieces of cardboard under the shorter leg(s) to level the table.
3. You can also try adjusting the leveling feet, if your table has them. Turn the feet on the shorter legs clockwise to raise them and level the table.
4. As a last resort, you may need to loosen the leg attachments, reposition the legs, and retighten them to achieve a level surface. Be careful not to overtighten the screws.
With some adjustments, you should be able to get the LISABO / ÄLVSTA table level and stable. Let me know if you have any other questions

Posted on Aug 19, 2023I received my table and chairs and love them! However, I noticed that the rattan chairs have some loose threads coming undone from the weaving. Is there a way to tighten these or is it just a normal part of the aging process?
