Posted on Mar 30, 2023I would like to replace the fabric cover on my Lisabo/Krylbo chair. Can I purchase a replacement cover or is it possible to get a refund for the chair?

Answered on Apr 01, 2023To replace the fabric cover on your LISABO/KRYLBO chair, you can purchase a replacement cover from IKEA. The chair's upholstery is made of a specific fabric called Tonerud, which has a soft, felt-like appearance with a two-toned melange effect. You can search for and order a replacement Tonerud cover on the IKEA website or by visiting your local IKEA store.
As for getting a refund for the chair, that may not be possible unless there is a manufacturing defect or the item is within the IKEA return policy timeframe. IKEA generally does not provide refunds for individual chair components, but they may be able to assist you in finding a replacement cover for your specific chair model

Posted on Oct 20, 2022I recently purchased the LISABO/KRYLBO table and chairs, but I'm having trouble finding replacement parts. Specifically, I need a new chair seat cover in Tonerud blue. Do you sell these separately or know of any other sources where I can find them?

Answered on Oct 22, 2022IKEA does sell the KRYLBO chair seat covers separately. You can purchase a replacement Tonerud blue cover for the KRYLBO chair through the IKEA website or at your local IKEA store. The part number for the Tonerud blue chair cover is XX-XXX-XXX. You should be able to find and order this replacement part easily. Let me know if you have any other questions

Can you confirm that the ash veneer will develop a deep straw color over time as described? Additionally, are the legs of the table made entirely of solid birch or is it a combination of materials? Finally, can I request a different fabric for the chair seats instead of Tonerud blue?
