I'm having trouble assembling the table. The instructions are unclear and I'm not sure how to attach the legs to the table top. Can you provide a video or additional guidance on this process?

I have recently purchased the INGATORP / SKOGSTA Table and 4 chairs, but when I tried to extend the table, it was stuck. How do I properly extend and contract the table? Is there a specific technique or lubricant that I should use?
