Posted on Jan 11, 2024I'm interested in using the TROTTEN underframe for a table top, but I have some concerns about its stability. How much does it weigh and what is the material composition? Additionally, are there any specific installation requirements or recommendations to ensure proper support for heavy objects or multiple layers of materials on top of the table?

Posted on Jul 16, 2022I'd like to know if the TROTTEN underframe is compatible with a glass table top of size 72" x 42". Can you confirm if it will work with this specific size and material? Additionally, are there any instructions or recommendations for assembling the underframe and attaching the table top?

Answered on Jul 18, 2022The TROTTEN underframe is not compatible with a 72" x 42" glass table top. The maximum length of the TROTTEN underframe is 63" (160 cm), which is shorter than the 72" length of the glass top. To use this underframe, you would need a table top that is no longer than 63" in length.
For assembly, the TROTTEN underframe comes with detailed instructions. The key steps are:
1. Attach the underframe legs to the frame.
2. Adjust the frame to the desired length, ensuring it does not exceed the maximum of 63".
3. Securely attach the table top to the underframe using the provided hardware.
Be sure to follow the assembly instructions carefully and not exceed the maximum load capacity of 165 lb (75 kg) for the underframe
