To adjust the height of the BEKANT Corner desk electronically, there is a control panel located on the underside of the tabletop. This control panel has up and down buttons that allow you to raise or lower the desk to your desired height between 25⅝" to 49¼". Simply press the up or down button until the desk reaches your preferred ergonomic working position

I'm having trouble adjusting the desk to a comfortable standing height. The desk seems stuck at a certain point and won't budge when I try to adjust it further. Is there something specific I need to do or check to get it moving again?

It sounds like the height adjustment mechanism on your BEKANT desk may be stuck or jammed. Here are a few things you can try to get it moving again:

First, make sure the desk is not overloaded. The maximum load capacity is 154 lbs, so if you have heavy items on the desk, try removing some of them. This can sometimes cause the height adjustment to become stuck.

Next, check that the height adjustment controls are working properly. Locate the up/down buttons or switch and press them firmly to see if the desk responds. If the controls seem unresponsive, there may be an issue with the internal mechanism.

If the controls are working but the desk still won't move, try gently tapping or lightly shaking the desktop to see if that frees up the adjustment. Avoid using excessive force, as that could further damage the mechanism.

If those steps don't resolve the issue, you may need to contact IKEA customer service for further assistance. They should be able to provide more guidance or arrange for a repair if needed under the 10-year limited warranty

I am trying to assemble the BEKANT Corner Desk and I have a problem with the left sit/stand mechanism. The handle is stuck and won't move up or down. Have you seen this issue before?

Is there any trick to loosen it or should I contact IKEA customer service?
