Article number: 994.407.50
Have a seat and stay a while - the friendly, embracing curves and flexy material make this chair nice and comfy.
No tools are required to assemble the chair, you just click it together with a simple mechanism under the seat.
The wood fiber/plastic composite material gives the chair a textured, matte surface that is soft and inviting to the touch.
Viewed from afar, the wood fibers blend into the surface, up close they become an interesting design feature that catches the eye.
The table surface in ash veneer and legs in solid birch give a warm, natural feeling to your room.
The round shape of the table makes it great for socializing since everyone can see each other.
Ash is a strong hardwood material with a beautiful grain pattern. As it ages the color deepens moderately towards a deep straw color.
Easy to assemble as each leg has only one screw.

Posted on Jul 09, 2023How do I clean the textured, matte surface of the chair? It seems like it might be prone to stains or spills. Are there any specific cleaning products or techniques recommended by Ikea?
Kenzo @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Jul 11, 2023To clean the textured, matte surface of the LISABO / ODGER chair, IKEA recommends using a damp cloth and mild soap or detergent. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as they may damage the surface.
For spills or stains, quickly blot the area with a clean, damp cloth to absorb any excess liquid. Then, use a small amount of mild soap or detergent diluted in water to gently scrub the affected area. Avoid rubbing too vigorously, as this could spread the stain.
Once cleaned, wipe the surface with a damp cloth to remove any soap residue, and then dry it with a clean, soft cloth. IKEA does not recommend any specific cleaning products, but advises against using harsh chemicals or solvents that could compromise the textured, matte finish

Posted on Oct 25, 2022I'm having trouble getting my chair to stay together after assembly. The mechanism under the seat doesn't seem to be clicking into place properly. Any troubleshooting tips or suggestions on how to fix this issue?
Alice @ EasyRebuild
Answered on Oct 27, 2022To troubleshoot the issue with the chair not staying together, here are a few suggestions:
First, ensure all the components are properly aligned before trying to click the mechanism into place. The seat should fit snugly on top of the chair base, with no gaps or misalignment.
If the mechanism still doesn't seem to be clicking securely, try pressing down firmly and evenly on the seat while pushing the mechanism into the base. You may need to apply a bit more force to get it to fully engage.
Also, check that there is no debris or obstructions preventing the mechanism from locking in place. Wipe the surfaces clean if needed.
If the mechanism still won't click in properly, the part may be damaged and you may need to contact IKEA for a replacement. Provide them with the product details and a description of the issue.
With a bit of patience and careful assembly, you should be able to get the chair mechanism secured and stable. Let me know if you have any other questions
