Posted on Jan 19, 2024I have a Danderyd table and chairs set, but I'm having trouble with the chair covers. The hook-and-loop fasteners seem to be worn out and are no longer holding well. Are there any replacement parts available for these? Or can you suggest a way to fix them without replacing the entire cover?

Answered on Jan 21, 2024The hook-and-loop fasteners on the Danderyd chair covers can become worn over time, causing the covers to no longer stay in place securely. To fix this issue, you have a couple options:
First, you can try replacing just the hook-and-loop fasteners on the chair covers. IKEA sells replacement fastener strips that you can sew or glue onto the covers. This is a cost-effective solution to revive the chair covers without needing to replace them entirely.
Alternatively, if the fasteners are beyond repair, you can purchase replacement chair covers from IKEA. The covers are sold separately, so you don't need to buy a whole new chair set. Just make sure to get the correct size and color to fit your Danderyd chairs.
With either option, you should be able to easily refresh the look and functionality of your Danderyd chair covers. Let me know if you have any other questions
