Posted on Aug 11, 2023I recently purchased the Torsby dining set and I'm having some issues with the chair's backrest. It seems to be slightly loose and wobbles when I sit down or get up from the table.
Is there a way to tighten it or is this normal?

Answered on Aug 08, 2022The wobble in the chairs is likely caused by uneven floor surfaces or slight variations in the chair legs. To fix this, you can try the following:
1. Check that the floor is level where the table and chairs are placed. Use shims or adjust the leg levelers (if available) to ensure the furniture is stable on the floor.
2. Inspect the chair legs and ensure they are all making proper contact with the floor. If one leg is slightly shorter, you can try placing a small piece of cardboard or plastic under that leg to even it out.
3. Tighten any loose screws or bolts connecting the chair legs to the seat. This will help stabilize the chair frame.
4. As a last resort, you can try gently bending the chair legs slightly to make them more even, but be careful not to damage the legs.
