Answered on Jul 31, 2022The EKEDALEN / GRÖNSTA table and chair set does not have armrests on the chairs. The chairs are a simple, armless design. The chair height is adjustable from 30 3/4" (78 cm), but the chairs do not have any options for removable or adjustable armrests
