I'd like to ask about the table top - can I put a glass top or a wood finish other than the oak veneer brown stained that it comes with?

I love the unique grain pattern on this table! Can I request a specific type of wood or color tone for my table, or is it all brown oak veneer? And are there any additional costs for customization?

The MÖRBYLÅNGA / KARLPETTER table is only available in the brown oak veneer finish as described in the product details. There are no options to request a different wood type or color tone for this particular table model.

The natural variations in the wood grain pattern are part of the unique character of this table, so each one will have a slightly different appearance. However, the overall finish is consistent as a brown oak veneer.

There are also no additional costs for customization on this IKEA table. The price you see listed includes the table top and 4 chairs in the Gunnared medium grey fabric. The chair style and color can be selected, but the table top material and finish is fixed as the brown oak veneer
