Answered on Aug 26, 2022To adjust the tilt tension mechanism on your LÅNGFJÄLL office chair, follow these steps:
1. Locate the Allen key adjustment under the seat. It is usually a small screw or knob.
2. Using the Allen key, turn the adjustment clockwise to increase the tilt tension and make it harder to lean back.
3. Turn the adjustment counter-clockwise to decrease the tilt tension and make it easier to lean back.
4. Adjust the tension until you find the perfect balance and comfort level for your preferred seating position.
5. Test the chair and make any further adjustments as needed.
