To extend the Ekedalen/Tobias table:

1. Locate the leaf stored under the table top.
2. Gently pull out the leaf and position it between the table halves.
3. Ensure the leaf is properly aligned and secured in place.
4. Slowly and carefully pull the two table halves apart to extend the table to the desired length.
5. Make sure the table legs remain in the corners of the extended table top.
