Posted on May 24, 2023I have a Besta TV bench with drawers, but the drawers are getting stuck sometimes when I try to open them. What could be the cause of this issue and how can I fix it?

Answered on May 26, 2023The most likely cause of the drawer sticking issue is that the drawer runners may need adjusting. The drawer runners on the BESTÅ TV bench are adjustable, so you can adjust them both horizontally and in depth to ensure the drawers open and close smoothly.
To fix this:
1. Pull the drawer out fully.
2. Locate the adjustment screws on the drawer runners, usually on the sides or underneath.
3. Use a screwdriver to adjust the screws slightly, moving the drawer runner in or out as needed to align it properly.
4. Test the drawer and continue adjusting until it opens and closes easily without sticking.
If the issue persists even after adjusting the runners, there may be some debris or obstruction preventing the drawer from gliding smoothly. Inspect the runners and the inside of the drawer cavity for any obstructions and clean them if necessary.
Properly adjusting the drawer runners should resolve the sticking issue and allow the drawers to open and close with ease
