Posted on Sep 15, 2023I am having some issues with the drawers on my Besta storage unit not closing smoothly. The soft-closing function seems to be malfunctioning. Is there a way to adjust or repair this feature?

Answered on Sep 17, 2023The soft-closing function on the BESTÅ drawers can be adjusted if it is not working properly. First, check that the drawers are properly installed and aligned. Ensure that the drawer slides are not obstructed or damaged. If everything looks correct, you can try adjusting the soft-close mechanism:
1. Locate the adjustment screws on the drawer slides, usually near the front of the drawer.
2. Using a screwdriver, turn the adjustment screws clockwise to increase the soft-closing force, or counterclockwise to decrease it.
3. Test the drawer after each adjustment until you achieve the desired soft-closing action.
